Ms. Weissman is a graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law inBristol , Rhode Island and was admitted to the California state bar in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Weissman was a member of the Association for Public Interest Law, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Mediation Team. Ms. Weissman and her teammate won the New England regional American Bar Association Mediation Competition and were finalists in the national competition. Ms. Weissman received a B.A. in journalism from Northeastern University in Boston , Massachusetts .

Prior to joining the Law Office of Daniel Jensen, Ms. Weissman volunteered at the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center in San Mateo and Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto . While in law school, Ms. Weissman was a student attorney in the Community Justice Clinic, an intern for the Executive Counsel of Governor Donald R. Carcieri, an intern for Fidelity Investments, and an intern for Rhode Island Legal Services.

Ms. Weissman is currently an associate attorney at the Law Office of Daniel Jensen, where she practices family law.
