San Jose Man Accepts Blame for Drunk Driving Accident

Posted on March 16th, 2011 No Comments

A man from San Jose, California, has recently plead guilty to a felony charge of drunk driving after he caused a crash that injured two adults and three children.

The accident occurred last year in a California neighborhood. The man reportedly drank at least twenty beers before he crashed his car into several other cars. Those other cars then hit a couple who were walking down the sidewalk and three children who were playing in their front yard. The couple suffered minor injuries, while two of the children sustained fractured skulls.

The man was shown to have a blood-alcohol content of 0.24, well over the legal limit. All those who suffered injuries in this accident were grateful to the man for entering a guilty plea and avoiding trial.
