The infamous hacker, who gained wide-spread notoriety for leaking nude photographs of Scarlett Johansson, has plead not guilty to nine counts of computer hacking, nine counts of illegal wiretapping, and eight counts of aggravated identity theft.
If found guilty of all twenty-six charges, he would face a maximum of 121 years behind bars.
The 35 year-old is believed to have hacked into computers and other electronic devices of over fifty people, including celebrities such as Mila Kunis and Christina Aguilera. He now faces three more accusations of cyberstalking after authorities seized his computer.
His bail is currently set at $110,000 and will stand trial on December 27.
