A 24-year-old California man has been sentenced to four years of jail time for stalking women on the social networking site, Facebook.
The man spent hours looking at different women’s Facebook pages to find information that would allow him to hack into their personal e-mail accounts. Once he gained access he would search for nude photographs of the victim and then disperse those images to the woman’s address book.
Women in 17 different states as well as England and the District of Columbia were affected by this man’s stalking.
The defendant has pleaded guilty to the charges of false impersonation, possession of child pornography as well as computer invasion. He is said to regret his former actions and ways.
