Previously Convicted Child Molester Arrested on Child Pornography Charges

A previously convicted child molester was charged with possessing and distributing child pornography. According to police reports, San Jose police investigators conducted the child pornography investigation and linked IP addresses to the man’s home.

The individual was a registered sex offender since he was released from prison in 1998. The child pornographic images on his computer were likely produced in Europe and imported to the United States, according to police reports.
