A San Jose man was arrested on felony charges of securities violations and grand theft. According to police reports, the man was suspected of 21 counts of fraud for real estate investments.
The man allegedly promised his clients high returns on the investments of soon-to-be foreclosed properties. However, the investment opportunities are believed not to be legitimate.
