San Jose man charged with involuntary manslaughter for stabbing death

A San Jose man was charged with voluntary manslaugthter as part of a fatal stabbing case. According to police reports, the stabbing behind a radio station last week. 

If the man is convicted, he could receive 12 years in prison. The stabbing allegedly occurred as a result of a fight between the alleged stabber and the victim.
