Couple Arrested for Suspected Shoplifting

Posted on December 26th, 2008 No Comments

A San Jose couple was arrested on suspicion of robbery.  The couple allegedly shoplifted clothing and merchandise from a Kohl’s department store.  Aside from shoplifting charges, however, the husband may likely face assault charges, as he assaulted police officer who approached him and his wife.

Although the couple fled the department store, San Jose police officers’ follow-up investigation led them to find the names and addresses of the couple.  Additionally, officers obtained a search warrant to search the couple’s home for evidence related to the robbery.

Shoplifters who are caught will face serious jail time and possibly fines.  If you have charged with shoplifting, contact the San Jose shoplifting and robbery attorneys of Daniel Jensen.  Call 1-866-491-1667 or send us a message from our website.
